I think I understand what happens here, I never get the right solution because when n>N0 I try to solve the system Ax=b while size(A)=m*n and m>>n m grow depend on n, but i still don't understand what happens when n<N0 because in my program I exploit much better sparsity and the size is well reduced that's why with Yalmip I can not run the program even for 5 points. what do you think??

As I said, if the problem is feasible and your relaxation says it is infeasible, you've implemented your relaxation wrong (or the problem is simply so ill-conditioned that the solver thinks it is infeasible)

I fix the problem of size, my matrix A is sparse with 0.00058433% of nonzeros elements and ill conditioned, all the bad things what can I do? can I improve the conditioning property what do you think? any suggestion?

No idea.

Still, I think a mixed-integer approach is the way to go.

but with the mixed integer approach I didn't get the right result, I get no problem with infeasibility

How do you mean you don't get the correct result? If the mixed-integer approach returns a solution which is feasible, then clearly the problem is feasible.
